Submission and answer
We recommend that the quickest possible method of submission is used, preferably cooled down. Furthermore, that the test material is submitted in the beginning of the week in order to avoid that it is left over the weekend. Submissions on Fridays should only take place as express delivery.
Tests that are to be examined in connection to transport are recommended to be submitted at the laboratory as quickly as possible, according to current provisions.
When the test result is ready, we will send it to you by postal mail. If it is urgent, we will fax the test result to you. Please contact the laboratory if you have any questions about the result.
